Working piston speed, when using with common port piping, may vary depending on stroke length. Consult with CKD.
When operating at speed from 500 to 1500mm/s, the speed rush into position locking mechanism should be 500mm/s or less. If the speed is faster, decelerate the speed.
For deceleration method, install an external shock absorber or a deceleration circuit etc.
Apply grease to sliding section of lock lever periodically.
Cylinder switch cannot be changed from a read switch to a proximity switch, or from a proximity switch to a reed switch after shipment.
When cylinder switch is not specified (blank), cylinder main body is shipped with reed switch specifications.
