Seismically Qualified Eaton manufactured dry-type distribution transformers are seismically qualified and exceed requirements of the Uniform Building Code (UBC), International Building Code (IBC).

E3 CSL3-2007energyefficient transformers are specifically designed to meet the energy efficiency guidelines as intended in the U.S. Department of Energy 10 CFR Parts 430 and 431, dated October 12, 2007.
Surveys have shown that the average loading of low voltage dry-type distribution transformers, over a 24-hour period, is approximately 35%.
E3 Efficient transformers are optimized to offer maximum efficiency at 35% of nameplate rating.
