The mid-frequency transformers in the PSG 6000 series are optimized for greater power and operating efficiency in resistance welding. They are characterized by a particularly compact design and low weight.

The compact, light mid-frequency transformer series PSG 6130.xxRSTK is optimized for all global robot applications up to 130 kVA.

Possibility of separating the protective conductor jumper MPE:
For the "direct protective conductor connection" protective measure (in accordance with EN 62135-1). If this protective measure proves to be ineffective based on the plant-specific features, another suitable residual current protection device must be installed in medium
frequency welding systems in order to ensure personnel protection (to comply with standard EN 62135-1. In this case, it may be necessary to remove the protective conductor jumper (MPE).
Protective cover for secondary rectifier block: Protection against welding expulsion and accidental contact. Provides enclosure for the entire rectifier block.
Optionally with integrated temperature sensors: Serves for temperature monitoring of the transformer primary winding and the rectifier.
Opening a temperature sensor must initiate a fault message and cause the respective timer to be inhibited.
Optionally with integrated current sensor in secondary circuit: Serves as sensor system for constant current regulation (KSR) and as sensor system for the „UI regulation“ timer option.
Installing a separate current sensor in the secondary circuit is not necessary.
In connection with PSI, all transformers can be operated in "Primary current regulation" mode if necessary, regardless of whether or not a current sensor exists in the secondary circuit.
Optionally with integrated voltage tapping in secondary circuit: Serves as sensor system for measuring the secondary voltage for UI regulation“ timer option.
Optionally with terminal box on the primary side (for transformer types without power plug-in connection): Increases the degree of protection of the primary connection zone from IP00 to IP55.
